Jack O’Keefe brings something rare to Doneraile, a culinary vision that is simultaneously world-class and deeply rooted in the land he cooks from. Trained in some of Ireland and Europe’s finest kitchens, Jack has built a reputation for cooking that is honest, seasonal and quietly extraordinary.
At the Townhouse Garden Eatery, Jack has created a menu of gourmet sandwiches and seasonal dishes that reflect the very best of North Cork produce, ingredients sourced from the farms, fields and waters of this extraordinary corner of Ireland.
For our supper clubs and events, Jack cooks over live fire, working with the farmers, growers and food makers of the region to produce evenings that feel less like restaurants and more like the best dinner party you’ve ever been invited to.

The First Fire
Opening day celebrations with live fire cooking from Jack O'Keefe. A relaxed afternoon that turns into an evening — the kind of start that sets the tone for everything to come.
The First Cut
The inaugural night of our Village Table Supper Club. June is all about our grass, our milk and our beef — cooked by Jack O'Keefe to bring the place to life in one extraordinary evening.
An Edible Tour
of Doneraile
Walk through Doneraile Park. Visit Patrick's Farm. Pick vegetables from the earth. Return to the courtyard, gather wild ingredients, light the fire and cook together with Jack O'Keefe.
Green Fields

A July celebration of North Cork ingredients inspired by Southern Italy - warm summer evenings, North Cork Lamb, Organic Doneraile Tomatoes, West Cork Cheeses, the best olives, nduja and food cooked over an oak fire.

Join design expert Myra Ryall for a fast-paced, inspiring Saturday morning hour dedicated to the honor of decorating your home. This isn't a sales pitch—it's a celebration of color, history, and texture. Myra will be unrolling massive, full-scale samples from our magnificent archives, taking you on a visual journey from the opulent designs inspired from archives of the 1880s to the breathtaking murals of today.
